Pest control around the bay
Termites, roaches and ants, rats in the attic, bed bugs, mosquitoes and the WDO report a lender asks for, in Hillsborough and Pinellas.
What we do
Houses, condos and the pests that come with a bay climate. Drywood termites in a Seminole Heights bungalow, subterranean colonies under a Brandon slab, roof rats in the citrus behind a Carrollwood house, German roaches in a St. Petersburg kitchen, bed bugs from a beach rental, mosquitoes after every summer storm.
The part that decides whether it works happens before anything is sprayed: the inspection, the species, the choice between a tent and a spot treatment, the gap at the soffit that lets the rats back in, the warranty in writing. The pages here say what each job looks like when it is done properly, what to do before the visit, and what the proposal should say.
We talk it through in English or Spanish.
Where
Tampa from South Tampa and Seminole Heights to New Tampa; Brandon, Riverview and Carrollwood in Hillsborough; St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Largo and Pinellas Park across the bay, along with the beach towns and the communities in between.
Each area has its own page with the houses that matter there, the county mosquito program, and the questions people in that area ask.
